Active Warrant Search in Utah County, Utah

Warrants can be accessed through the Utah County Sheriff’s Office and the county courts. Active warrants are publicly accessible according to Utah Code 63G-2-201. Members of the public can get information about active warrants in person at the sheriff’s office or over the phone by calling (801) 851-4000. The District Court Clerk’s office is also open to the public for in-person records requests. Court documents containing active warrant details can be obtained through the clerk’s office in person or online. The county does not maintain an online searchable platform for active warrants. Requesters using the available methods will require some search details, such as the name of the individual, the case number, or the date of birth.
